Our products are divided into two delivery categories. The first group of products that can be delivered in 2-4 working days and the second group where delivery can take 8-10 working days.
You will find the estimated delivery time on the product detail page. If you buy two different products, one with a delivery time of 2-4 working days and one with a delivery time of 8-10 working days, you will receive two separate deliveries.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Our delivery partner is Hermes Cargo.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
For orders under EUR 100.00 we charge EUR 5.99 delivery fee. Orders over EUR 100.00 will be delivered free of charge.
